What does your name mean?

In Luke 9, Jesus fed 5,000 families with five loaves of bread and two fish. When His disciples initially asked him to send the crowds away, he replied to them, “You give them something to eat.”  He took what little his disciples had to offer and provided for a great many people.

Day by day, we seek to follow that same command to give the hungry crowds something to eat.

Teens from ages 15-17 can volunteer without a parent present.

Kids from ages 10+ can volunteer with a parent or guardian.

How can my large group volunteer?

Large groups require some creative work. Unfortunately, large groups don’t fit into our daily model of service, but instead are used for special projects or can take turns working shifts at the pantry.  Some other ideas for large groups are food drives or cleaning supply drives.

What church are you a part of?

Five N Two began as Martha’s Place, an outreach ministry of Solid Rock United Methodist Church. As of January 1, 2016, we became a non-profit supported by the Western Harnett community.  We are currently partnered with several local churches and businesses which you can find on our Partners page.
